Job Analysis & Position Description
UC will design and develop written job descriptions or update descriptions for exempt and non-exempt personnel including the essential job elements, reporting structure, specifications, responsibilities and duties. What is job analysis?
A job analysis describes the functions or activities done by job incumbents and/or the personal characteristics needed to perform the job.
Organizations are designed and organized into roles (or jobs). These roles/jobs can be described hierarchically:
Getting complaints that your pay program is outdated?
Wish you could find out what other organizations in your industry or location are paying?
Have a pay program that doesn't support your organization's strategic direction and plan?
Let UC help you with the answers to these and other questions you may be having. We use the most up-to-date information by using a combination of internal job analyses and external market analyses or straight market pricing methods.

360 Degree Performance Evaluation
This evaluation is confidential and gathers information from "customers" that interface with the individual. A formal report is prepared of the individual's performance that combines input from managers, peers, subordinates, and others within the organization. This report is used to assess the individual's performance and provide constructive feedback.
