Functions:	Assist the lubrication activities to machinery and equipment (as required) Keep, properly use of and handle tools, materials, equipment, and other supplies inside the plant Replace and/or repair motor drives (i.e., electrical motors, gear drives, variable speed drives, etc.) Clean electrical control panels and power panels Keep in order and clean the maintenance shop and work area Electrical & gas welding repairs Help to "C" and "B" mechanic and supervisor as needed Some hydraulics and pneumatics repairs Assist other mechanics with replacing mechanical elements (bearings, brushings, shafts, rolls, etc.), replacing speed transmissions (gears, sprockets, pulleys, chains, belts, gear boxes, etc.) Minor plumbing repairs General facility maintenance
