Legal Environment Programs

Ultimate Consulting has a unique partnering relationship with legal counsel to offer creative solutions for our clients.

Our legal counsel partner’s litigation practice involves the representation of parties in State and Federal court, primarily involving discrimination and wrongful termination claims. Their non-litigation practice includes the regular counseling of employer clients. In their role as counselor, they assist clients in investigating and addressing employee problems such as discipline, discharge, benefits, illness and disability, and sexual harassment. They also assist clients in reviewing of employee policies and procedures including leave policies, reporting and record-keeping, hiring determination procedures, employee evaluation and testing, wage-hour practices, drug testing, disciplinary procedures, plant closings, severance agreements, and non-competition/confidentiality agreements. They also advise clients on workers compensation related issues, involving both employers who have opted out and who subscribe to the Texas Workers Compensation System.
